Fla. County Commissioners Seek Ban on Pain Clinics

Lake County commissioners are working to permanently ban pain management clinics, a trend that has been gaining momentum in Florida, according to a TMC News report.

The commissioners are proposing a one-year moratorium. Meanwhile, a public hearing on the proposed ban has been scheduled for March 1. The proposed ban aims to diminish the illegal prescription of drugs.
