Fees Set for Sarasota County Florida Pain Clinics Breaking Regulations

Sarasota County in Florida has set new fines for pain management clinics violating regulations that could cost clinics up to $1,000, according to a Herald-Tribune report.

The new fines were set by the County Commission earlier this week and range from $250-1,000 depending on the violation. New regulations include failure to allow inspection on the first offense, failure to prevent loitering and allowing drinking on practice premises.
