Oracle Acquires Provider of Cloud-Based Clinical Trial Software

Oracle has announced it has acquired ClearTrial, a Chicago-based provider of cloud-based clinical trial software, according to a news release.

ClearTrial’s applications are designed to assist with planning, forecasting and tracking clinical project and financial performance.

 

ClearTrial customers include Allergan, AstraZeneca, Genentech, Hospira and Codman.

 

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed
