The projects, comprised of the medical office building and ASC, and a $1.75 million cancer center in Mebane, N.C., total almost 115,000 square feet.
The ASC will be part of the Medical Center Physicians Tower, a 106,772 square foot MOB located on the campus of Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. It marks the first project for Erdman with West Tennessee Healthcare.
West Tennessee Healthcare will lease approximately 67,000 square feet for its ASC, neurosciences group and pharmacy.
Upon completion, Cogdell Spencer will own 50 percent of the project, with West Tennessee Healthcare and local physicians owning the remaining 50 percent.
Medical Center Physicians Tower is scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2010.
