Dr. Fowler founded ISPM in 2007. He’s board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He received his medical degree and specialty training from Emory University in Atlanta.
Dr. Miller has 10 years of experience in anesthesiology and interventional pain. She received her medical degree from Medical College of Georgia. She completed an internship at the Georgia Baptist Medical Center and an anesthesia residency at Emory University Hospital.
