Dr. Middlebrook received his medical education at Southern California College of Optometry and completed his internship at SUNY College of Optometry in New York. He will provide a variety of eye care services, including ocular disease and glaucoma management for patients of all ages.
Prior to joining Mayo Clinic Health System, Dr. Middlebrook provided eye care services at Shopko Eye Care Center in Austin.
