Dr. Cline has been at the practice since 1998 and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She received her medical degree from the University of South Florida, College of Medicine, in Tampa. She completed her internship at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Jacksonville, Fla., and did her ophthalmology training at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga.
