In addition to his work at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Dr. Saltzman is an orthopedic surgeon at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. His clinical interests include biomechanical evaluation of rotator cuff repair techniques, reverse shoulder arthroplasty and sports related injuries. He received his MD from Loyola University-Stritch School of Medicine and completed a fellowship at the University of Washington Medical Center. His presentation on reducing the risk of SSIs is scheduled for 4:05-4:35 p.m. on Thursday, June 9.
