Mr. Rowe most recently served as CEO of Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Idaho. He previously held leadership positions at large and small hospitals and health systems predominantly in Dallas and Houston.
Mr. Rowe assumed his new position on Dec. 12, 2011.
