Paul G. Faraclas is president and CEO of CTQ Solutions. Since 2003, CTQ has provided healthcare providers with solutions to optimize patient feedback. CTQ offers integrated patient satisfaction surveying, physician satisfaction surveying and employee satisfaction surveying, along with benchmarking and quality improvement solutions that promote better care and service. Mr. Faraclas has been instrumental to CTQ’s significant growth. The company announced record growth in 2011, adding hundred of new clients.

Mr. Faraclas has nearly three decades of healthcare and consulting experience. Prior to joining CTQ, he was vice president of ISH in Fairfield, N.J., for four years, where he helped grow the practice into the nation’s largest acute care consulting firm. He also has experience as national director of sales for professional services for USInternetworking and also spent time in managed care.
