ConvaTec to Acquire Intermittent Catheter Provider 180 Medical Holdings for $321M

ConvaTec has announced it will acquire 180 Medical Holdings for $321 million, according to a news release (pdf).

180 Medical, based in Oklahoma City, is a provider of disposable, intermittent catheters and urologic medical supplies.

 

The transaction is expected to close late third quarter 2012.

 

ConvaTec is headquartered in Skillman, N.J.
