Congero Development, a provider of management and development services to surgical centers and other types of healthcare facilities, has announced the start of construction on the Iain Mackenzie Medical Plaza, a healthcare campus in York, Pa.
The 7.3 acre project will include Brookeside Surgical Arts at York, a 16,500 square foot ASC.
Brookeside Surgical Arts at York is being developed in partnership with local surgeons and will include six operating rooms with private recovery areas.
The surgery center is tracking toward a November opening.
