The process takes place in two phases. The first begins today and ends March 31. Applicable manufacturers and group purchasing organizations register and submit corporate profile information and aggregate 2013 payment data.
The second phase will begin in May. This phase will include registration in the Open Payment system, submission of detailed 2013 payment data and legal assurance that the data is accurate.
