Christus Santa Rosa purchased a majority stake in the Foundation Surgery Affiliate New Braunfels Surgery Center, a 18,000 square-foot facility with four operating rooms and two procedure rooms, according to the report.
Officials from Christus Santa Rosa said that the hospital planned to consolidate outpatient services to the surgery center and help implement its new cardiovascular program, according to the report.
