2 Kentucky Patients Test Positive for Hep C Following Kidney Transplants

In March 2011, three organs (two kidneys and the liver) from a deceased donor were transplanted into three recipients at a Kentucky hospital, two of whom later tested positive for hepatitis C, according to an analysis by the CDC.
