Ms. Deters also started 7D, a consulting and management service company for ASCs. Before founding Vantage Outsourcing and 7D, she also founded and served as president at Physician Surgery Center.
Vantage Outsourcing has been a successful venture for Ms. Deters. Over the years, Vantage has expanded its services from cataract outsourcing to include relationship building between facilities and surgeons, and between surgeons and referring optometrists.
Vantage Outsourcing currently serves more than 150 clients throughout the U.S.
