The car was observed by other drivers in the area, who called the police to report reckless driving. The car clipped into three parked cars before hitting a curb, launching over a ditch and ramming the surgery center building, causing “extensive damage to the exterior and interior of the building,” according to local law enforcement.
While there were no life-threatening injuries, police suspect the drive may have been having a medical emergency at the time he lost control of his vehicle, according to the report.
