The total estimated false claims made by Dr. Justice are between $400,000 and $1 million.

Dr. Justice has since retired from Orange Coast and as head of Pacific Coast Hematology/Oncology Medical Group.

His arraignment is scheduled on May 3, and he faces up to a $1.25 million fine as well as prison time, though prosecutors are expected to recommend probation, according to the report.
