IPG, Aetna to Roll Out Implant Management to North and South Carolina Surgery Centers

Implantable Provider Group and Aetna have announced the expansion of their Implantable Device Benefit Management program into North and South Carolina.

The DBM program is part of a national agreement that includes a state-by-state rollout to all Aetna markets. The program has been working successfully with a group of ambulatory surgery centers in Georgia and Florida.

IPG will handle device coordination, billing, replacement, tracking and other services on a nationwide basis for Aetna-contracted surgical providers who elect to participate in the program.
