Board Approves Eye Surgery Center for Rome, N.Y.

The planning board of Rome, N.Y., has approved plans for an eye surgery center in the city’s Griffiss Business and Technology Park, according to a report by the Rome Sentinel.

The 12,000-square-foot surgery center is being proposed by Griffiss Real Estate Group. The planning board still must approve a final site plan at an upcoming meeting, according to the report.
