Ambulatory Alliances Announces Sale of Texas Surgery Center

Ambulatory Alliances, a business brokerage and investment banking firm serving ambulatory surgery centers, has announced the sale of the NewHope Dallas surgery center to a strategic buyer, according to a news release.

Ambulatory Alliances was working as a sell side investment banker in the transaction.

 

The 8,473-square-foot surgery center is located in The Colony, Texas, features two operating rooms, one procedure room and opened in Oct. 2009, according to earlier reports.
