The company has recalled all lots of sterile products that have not expired after a recent FDA inspection sample chromium chloride injection from the pharmacy included gram negative bacteria. Balanced Solutions hasn’t received reports of injury or illness associated with its products as of the initial recall time.
The company will notify customers about the recall and ask they return products to the pharmacy, including all injectables with the Balanced Solutions Compounding Pharmacy name.
