Aesculap Acquires Aragon Surgical

Aesculap, a B. Braun company, has acquired Aragon Surgical, an advanced radiofrequency electrosurgical instruments company, according to a B. Braun news release.

Aragon Surgical has a professional interest in radiofrequency electrosurgical instruments for tissue fusion and cutting, including The Caiman instruments. With the addition of Aragon Surgical, Aesculap will expand its product line in the open surgery field and laproscopic surgery.
