• Consultant for community health centers: Maria Serafine, MHA
Ms. Noerr has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare management consulting as well as experience with payer relations and contract negotiations. Mr. Peabody has more than 30 years of experience with hospital and ambulatory surgery center management. Ms. Serafine has 12 years of experience in hospital administration.
