Kathleen Whitlow, RN, BS, CASC, serves as COO for Blue Chip Surgical Center Partners, an ASC management and development company based in Cincinnati that focuses on spine, multi-specialty and physician/hospital joint-venture ASCs. She joined the company as a partner and vice president of operations in 2008. She has more than 25 years of experience in the medical/healthcare industry, working in a variety of capacities and positions.
Prior to joining Blue Chip Surgical, Ms. Whitlow worked as an ASC administrator and consultant with specific expertise in development, marketing, operations and strategic planning for healthcare facilities. She also previously served as a director of surgical services for a large hospital system. Ms. Whitlow began her career as a nurse and is CASC certified.
