Norman Douglas Baker, MD, FACS, is a board-certified ophthalmologist/surgeon at the Ophthalmic Surgeons and Consultants of Ohio in Columbus, which specializes in refractive, cosmetic and glaucoma/cataract surgery.
Dr. Baker is also a member of the Ohio State Medical Association, the Columbus Ophthalmological and Otolargyngological Society, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Pharmaceutical Physicians. Dr. Baker is clinical assistant professor of ophthalmology at Ohio State University.
He earned his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus and completed his residency in ophthalmology at Ohio State University department of medicine and his fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine, department of ophthalmology, glaucoma section, in Atlanta.
