Ken Drazan, MD, is co-founder and operating partner at Bertram Capital Management based in San Mateo, Calif., which includes GENASCIS among its portfolio companies. The private equity firm targets investments in lower middle market companies and has a proven track record of pushing companies, management teams and employees toward their full potential.
Prior to joining Bertram Capital in 2006, Dr. Drazan served as the CEO and founder of Arginox Pharmaceuticals and was a leading academic liver transplant surgeon and basic scientist at Stanford University and UCLA. He completed his medical education at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
