Dotty Bollinger currently serves as COO of Laser Spine Institute, a leader in minimally invasive spine surgery. She first joined LSI in 2008 as vice president of quality and compliance.
As COO, Ms. Bollinger has established processes and procedures that have improved the efficiency of care at LSI facilities, including its surgical centers in Tampa, Fla., Scottsdale, Ariz., Philadelphia and Oklahoma City. She is also responsible for overseeing medical operations at LSI and played an instrumental role in the implementation of electronic health records.
Ms. Bollinger earned her nursing degree at Maria College in Albany, N.Y., and her bachelor’s degree in management and marketing at the University of Maryland. She then went on to earn a degree in law from the University of South Dakota. Additionally, she has also completed a Master’s level certificate in healthcare compliance at George Washington University.
