Bill Horne is the CEO of Laser Spine Institute, a leader in minimally invasive spine surgery. Mr. Horne has led LSI since its inception in 2005. Under his leadership, the organization has grown tremendously and now includes surgical centers in Tampa, Fla., Scottsdale, Ariz., Philadelphia and Oklahoma City. LSI has grown from nine to more than 450 employees and providers perform more than 400 surgeries each month.
Mr. Horne previously served as CEO and chairman of Outback Sports for eight years and founder of Club Operations and Property Management. He segued into healthcare management after undergoing minimally invasive surgery spine surgery himself.
In late August, LSI and its Tampa surgery center received a three-year term accreditation from the AAAHC, demonstrating compliance to standards for patient safety and quality.
