He manages three surgery centers, which include more than 80 physicians performing approximately 26,000 annual cases.
Mr. Palko served as a business aviation pilot and as pilot in the United States Air Force.
He is actively involved in the Massachusetts Association for Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
