Dr. Faw earned his medical degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. He completed his residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Mr. Faw will be speaking at the 11th Annual Orthopedic, Spine and Pain Management-Driven ASC Conference held from June 13 to 15.
