Ericca Vaca is the director of revenue cycle management at in2itive Business Solutions, a company that provides revenue management and consulting services to healthcare businesses. Before joining in2itive, she served as the regional business office manager for three outpatient surgery centers.
Ms. Vaca has more than 12 years of ASC billing experience, including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, payment posting and accounts receivable follow up. In her current role, she oversees 14 employees, including account representatives and supervisors.
