Prior to joining Navigant, Ms. Fleming held several roles in the healthcare industry. She served as the director of healthcare at Deloitte in Chicago, the vice president of strategic marketing at Hartford, Conn.-based healthcare benefits company Aetna, the senior vice president of operations at New York-based management solution company MultiPlan and a consultant with Weymouth, Mass.-based Beacon Health Care Consulting.
Ms. Fleming earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington. She completed her MBA at Harvard Business School.
Ms. Fleming will be speaking at the 11th Annual Orthopedic, Spine and Pain Management-Driven ASC Conference held from June 13 to 15.
