Earlier this year, The C/N Group announced the opening of a freestanding outpatient radiation therapy center in Westchester County, N.Y., which was a joint venture between the group and local radiation oncologists. Before founding The C/N Group, Mr. Chopra served in many executive roles in the steel industry, including as chief industrial engineer for Youngstown Steel, now known as International Steel Group, and director of engineering services for Wisconsin Steel, now known as Envirodyne Industries.
