The tools include a Cataract Data Collection Tool and Endoscopy Tool Flow Charts. They are designed to assist with ASC-9, ASC-10 and ASC-11 quality measure data collection.
The Florida Medical Quality Assurance, support contractor for the ASC Quality Reporting Program, released the tools.
