Question: What is the smartest thing you’ve done in the last year to set your organization up for success? 

Kayla Schneeweiss-Keene: Help build and relocate to a new surgery center.

Q: What are you most excited about right now and what makes you nervous?

KSK: I am excited about our company’s growth and building the company’s third surgery center, and nervous about supply chain and inflation.

Q: How are you thinking about growth over the next 12 months?

KSK: Our ASC works really close with the practice to increase our numbers. We also brought on two new surgeons this year.

Q: What will healthcare executives and leaders need to be effective leaders for the next five years?

KSK: A great team to work with, an open heart and mind, and fast and accurate analysis.

Q: What is your strategy for recruiting and retaining great teams?

KSK: We offer competitive salaries, and great company and personal benefits.
