People can nominate nurse heroes online at ansellhealthcare.com/facebook until May 26, after which voting will commence. When voting ends June 30, the 10 nominees with the most votes will receive the H.E.R.O Nurse Service Award. Winners will have their story profiled online and will receive a nursing textbook of their choice, according to the news release.
Ansell launched the program at this year’s 60th Annual Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses Congress in San Diego.
