Under the partnership, iSirona’s connectivity technology will be available to ASCs currently using or that purchase AmkaiCharts.
iSirona’s technology will be embedded into AmkaiCharts, which will allow users to plug in medical devices to their existing hardware and obtain immediate access to device data within Amkai’s patient charting screens, according to the release.
“iSirona’s technology allows us to eliminate the gap between having patient data at the device and having access to that data within the patient record,” said AmkaiSolutions CEO Joe Macies in the release. “Making this functionality available provides us with an opportunity to help our clients further streamline their efforts. We believe this ability will be of great value to our customers.”
