AmkaiOffice 3.3 includes enterprise features which will help corporate users to manage multiple facilities and markets in a single database. The product also allows for the transfer of incorrect charges from one billing group to another without substantial manual intervention. It also has many features and enhancements to its clinical data management, scheduling, preference cards and revenue cycle manager features, according to the company.
AmkaiCharts 1.11 has added new features that will help enhance efficiency and accuracy, such as OR nurse and anesthesia note templates, procedure templates and customizable “time out” functionality. Additionally, the new physician “QuickNotes” feature will help speed operation notes and reduce transcription expenses. AmkaiSolutions said other improvements allow for faster data capture and chart processing, which aims to enhance efficiency outside of the OR as well. Additional equipment interfaces are included in this release.
