Ambulatory Alliances to Host Webinar on Access to Private Capital Markets

Ambulatory Alliances, an ambulatory surgery center investment banking firm, will host a free webinar titled “Access to the Private Capital Markets for Ambulatory Surgery Centers: Bank and Mezzanine Lending” on Friday, June 22, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. CDT.

The program will feature a roundtable discussion between Rodger Davis of Northcreek Mezzanine Fund I and Kurt Faulk of SNB Bank of Dallas, followed by a question and answer session with participants.

Questions to be discussed during the roundtable include:

  • What are the current trends influencing credit markets for ASC?
  • What is senior debt, what is mezzanine debt, and how do they differ?
  • What does a typical loan structure look like?
  • How do you determine the amount that you are willing to lend?
  • What are banks willing to lend on these days?
  • What is the typical timing from start to funding?
  • What is eligible to be financed for equipment and for working capital?
