Massachusetts Devicemakers Meeting With FDA Commissioner

Massachusetts medical device companies will be meeting with the FDA commissioner to discuss their concerns with the agency’s approval process, according to a report by the Boston Globe.

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) is hosting the discussions, which include companies from the Massachusetts Medical Device Industry Council.

 

Sen. Kerry said he hopes the talks, which include drugmakers, would build a collaborative, open relationship between the industry and its regulator.
