Ms. Cooney began her career in nursing and gained valuable experience in the hospital setting prior to joining the surgery center in 1981 as the administrator. According to Ms. Cooney, the mission of ROSC is to deliver quality, individualized patient/family-centered care in a cost effective manner throughout the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases of the surgical intervention. Ms. Cooney embraces the overall philosophy at ROSC of providing a professional service commitment in partnership with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
