1. Here is the annual net revenue for surgery centers based on annual case volume:

  • All facilities — $5.8 million
  • Less than 3,000 cases — $3.0 million
  • 3,000-5,999 cases — $5.6 million
  • More than 5,999 cases — $9.9 million

2. Here is the average total operating expense per case based on annual case volume of a center:

  • All facilities — $1,066
  • Less than 3,000 cases — $1,404
  • 3,000-5,999 cases —  $1,002
  • More than 5,999 cases — $938

3. Here is the average total operating expense per operating room based on the annual case volume of a center:
