Drugmakers Recall Certain Oxycodone, Hydrocodone Pills

Endo Pharmaceuticals and Qualitest Pharmaceuticals are recalling certain lots of certain of Oxycodone and Hydrocodone brands after finding bottles containing some tablets with twice the stated dosage of acetaminophen, according to releases from the companies.

Endo Pharmaceuticals said it was issuing a voluntary, nationwide recall of two lots of Endocet Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 10 mg/325 mg tablets.

 

Qualitest Pharmaceuticals said it was issuing a voluntary, nationwide recall of four lots of Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen 7.5mg/500mg tablets.
