Georgia Regents Medical Center Earns Comprehensive Stroke Center Designation

The Joint Commission has named Georgia Regents Medical Center in Augusta an advanced comprehensive stroke center, according to an Atlanta Magazine report.

The 478-bed Georgia Regents Medical Center is the first hospital in the state to earn the advanced comprehensive stroke center designation.
