1. BeeSafe Honeycomb Padding. BeeSafe padding is specifically designed to protect delicate instruments during low temperature plasma sterilization. The sterilant has full circulation due to the honeycomb design where each cell has a center hole. BeeSafe can be used inside the tray or underneath the tray to provide padding and protection for the sterile wrap.

2. Plasma-Cel Instrument Guards. Plasma-Cel cushioning foam protects sensitive instruments from heat and moisture during low temperature plasma sterilization. As a tray liner, this padding cushions and prevents instruments from sliding or shifting and getting damaged. It can also isolate instruments to protect them from larger instruments or stringers. Plasma-Cel comes in rolls and pouches.

3. Simple2 Enzymatic Detergent. Simple2 detergent is a multi-enzyme solution that dissolves blood, fat, protein, tissue and organic materials. It has a neutral pH and can be used for all types of surgical instruments. It’s also low-foaming, non-toxic and latex-free.

4. Tray Belts Sterility Wrap Protection. Tray Belts protect CSR wraps from damage or contamination. The belts can be used inside or outside the wrapping, and unlike corner guards or liners, these belts prevent abrasion from dragging and sliding in addition to objects that come in contact with the tray. Re-useable and disposable styles are available.

5. Caterpillar Endoscopic Channel Brushes. The Caterpillar is one of the first of its kind designed specifically to be pulled through the biopsy and suction channels. Traditional brushes are less than one inch long and must be pushed through, but the Caterpillar’s pull-through design stops brush buckling from occurring. Its length can be increased to one foot long.
