The company recommends assessing for:

1. Sleep apnea
2. Venous thromboembolism
3. Latex allergy
4. Fall risk
5. Opioid risk

The standardized reports for these assessments should be scored prior to arrival, giving staff time to develop a risk-mitigation plan.
