• Healthcare labor force hit 14.9 million in January, up from 14.5 million last year
• Physicians offices added the most jobs: 13,000
• Hospitals added 10,000 jobs, increasing their workforce to 4.8 million
• Outpatient care centers added 1,600 jobs, now employing 728,000 people
• Overall the U.S. economy added 257,000 jobs in January, but unemployment ticked up slightly to 5.7 percent
