Tom Hearn, MBA, is the managing principal at Novarus Healthcare, a position he has help since November 2011. Novarus Healthcare develops and market apps for common healthcare programs with an eye for efficiency and productivity.
Prior to joining Novarus Healthcare, Mr. Hearn served as the senior vice president of ambulatory care at Novant Health in Charlotte, N.C. His tenure as healthcare executive also includes stints as chief executive officer and chief development officer of MedCath; administrator of Carolinas Heart Institute and senior consultant at VHA.
Mr. Hearn also co-founded healthcare IT company Decision Support Systems.
