Andrea Born: We have gone to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons website and posted employment ads there or in their journals. We find that we have gotten good results that way and, budget-wise, it’s a better way to get quality people without spending a large amount of money. We’ve had a lot [of] success posting ads and having potential candidates directly contact us that way.
